Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Return and reshipping costs are fully covered by K-routine.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing time: within 10 business days after approval.

Promotional Codes
Promo codes must be applied before order confirmation. No refunds will be issued for missed or unapplied promotional codes.

- FREE shipping for all orders of $60 and above
- No hidden charges — the price displayed on the product page is the final price you pay

Processing and Shipping Times
- Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, New York) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
- Handling time: 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed
