Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

All return and reshipping costs are covered by K-routine.com. A prepaid return label is provided after approval.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days.

Q: What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
