Returns Policy

You may return any unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. In many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at support@k-routine.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. You will be notified by e-mail once your refund has been processed.

Shipping

We currently ship orders only within the United States. All products are shipped directly from our logistics partner in Seoul, South Korea. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard Shipping takes approximately 8–10 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are $6.99 for orders between $0 and $59.99, and free for orders of $60 and above. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and external factors such as customs or weather. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
